It’s OK to change your mind. Just give us a call to discuss your options.

All return merchandise must have prior authorization from National Ramp. The returns must be in original packaging (or equal), in new condition, and submitted within 60 days from the date of invoice. The merchandise will need to be returned to manufacturer located in Valley Cottage, NY or current address.

We’re sorry, but custom orders can’t be returned.

Orders returned, refused, undeliverable for any reason, or canceled in transit are subject to 20% handling and restocking fee, freight, and all additional fees charged by the freight companies used.
