A commercial general contractor reached out to Commercial Access needing a completely customize ramp to meet their requirements. Challenges and restrictions with the site made this job very complex requiring expertise in design, engineering, and compliance due to underground utilities and tight building tolerances. Plus, the client wanted the ramp to be removable so it could work for multiple applications.

Solution

Our engineering team walked through the project including: site review, engineering, design, compliance, quotation, installation and completion. By studying the location, site, restrictions, building tolerances, and underground utility requirements our engineering team developed a solution that met these requirements plus provided for a modular, removable ramp that could work for multiple applications.
