Challenge

A new customer came to us with a tight time constraint project. The vendor they had used previously was unable to meet their timeline and budget. Time was of the essence because the customer had to meet an immovable school opening deadline. They needed a comprehensive solution of ramps, steps, stairs and decking fast.

Solution

One of the Commercial Access project managers performed several site visits with the client to ensure we were meeting all of their design objectives. Also due to space constraints on the site we had to coordinate with the modular trailer setters to ensure the deck installations stayed on schedule and didn’t hinder delivery of the buildings. With the dedicated work of the Commercial Access team the project went smoothly and we were able to deliver the solution to the customer within their tight time window. Now we are their “Go To” supplier.
