Challenge

This was for a temporary swing space that needed 6 different ramp systems with multiple decks. Our modular building customer required a site visit from one of the Commercial Access team along with the school board members to ensure we provided the best layout for a multi-unit classroom deployment project that required ramps, decking, and stairs.

Solution

Our Commercial Access team immediately began working with the school board’s planning team and our modular building customer to engineer a layout that worked with the site constraints and stayed within the customer’s budget as well as tight time requirements. The team moved fast and was able to compress the time from receipt of the Purchase Order to the time of site install was completed in just 1 ½ weeks. This was a large, 6 building project and Commercial Access was able to complete the entire job before school opened for the fall school year.
